Creamy white coin pearls, set on each side with a faceted black spinel in an 18k gold bezel, topped with white keshi pearl blossoms and tendrils of white freshwater seed pearls & faceted black spinel briolettes. Finished with hand-fabricated solid 18k gold earwires.
